If you are a private individual and NOT a limited company, we can update your direct debit details using the below form specific to your agreement type.
Please advise us of your new bank details at least fourteen days before your next payment is due. If your payment is due within 14 days it may be neccesary for you to make alternative arrangements for the next payment.
If you are a limited company, you can make this change by simply printing and completing the direct debit mandate form found in the link below and sending back to us by post to: Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Ltd. Customer Services, Brunswick Court, Yeoman’s Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5LR.
The direct debit account must be held in the agreement holder’s name.
Depending on your contract, you can move your payment date forward or back by 21 days. But you’ll need to tell us at least 14 days before your next payment. You can change your payment date once a year.
Remember that you’ll still receive excess mileage charges if you go over the agreed limit. If you accept the quote, there’s a £60 admin fee to cover the time and paperwork involved (Contract Hire only).
