What's a Service Plan?
A Service Plan from Škoda is a payment plan that combines the cost of a certain number of scheduled services into one lump sum, providing you with the chance to pay monthly or upfront, avoiding larger payments when services are due.
We offer a choice of Service Plans to suit you, whether your car is brand new or pre-owned, petrol, diesel, hybrid or electric.
What's Included?
What's covered in a Service Plan depends on the age, model and type of plan purchased, however, during your service, we’ll carry out a full inspection of all key components so that we can highlight wear and tear to you. Depending on what engine type you have, we will drain the oil and replace filters or will inspect charging cables and battery health. One of our plans also includes MOT, Warranty and Roadside Assistance.

What is a Battery State of Health Check?
In just 30 minutes during your Inspection service, we assess your battery’s current capacity compared to when it was new - much like monitoring a smartphone’s battery over time. You’ll receive a certificate confirming your battery is performing above 70%. If it’s below, we’ll carry out a detailed diagnostic at no extra cost. And with Škoda’s 8-year/100,000-mile battery warranty, you’re covered for any necessary repairs or replacements if capacity drops below 70%.
Plus Plan tyre replacements (for electric vehicles)
Electric vehicles can be more demanding on the tyres than petrol or diesel models, so the Plus Plan offers two tyre replacements, on a like-for-like basis (same brand and type, subject to availability). Replacements can be arranged at any Authorised Repairer when needed. Not available for Petrol, Diesel and Hybrid models.

What is the difference between a New car Service Plan and Used car Service Plan?
A new car needs a slightly different set of service requirements (set by the in the schedule) to what is needed for older cars. So that we can create a fixed cost for each plan, that takes these differences into consideration, we have split New and Used car plans apart from each other, to make pricing reflective of those varying requirements. All the fine detail varies by age, mileage, model, engine size and type. We have tried to simplify our offer by creating one plan for new and one for used.
