A payment plan that combines the cost of a certain number of scheduled services into one lump sum. Audi plans provide you with the chance to pay monthly or upfront, avoiding larger payments when services are due. What's Included?
This varies depending on the plan you buy, the model you have and what engine type. However, our Audi experts will inspect your car and all its important components, highlighting anything that needs taking care of. We will then drain the oil and replace filters. For electric vehicles, we will inspect charging cables and battery health. We’ll also carry out software updates as required, and wash and vacuum your vehicle before returning it to you (available at participating Centres only). During inspection, we will inform you of any wear and tear items that need addressing, but these will not be included in the price of your Service Plan.
What’s covered in a Service Plan depends on the age, model and type of plan purchased.

FAQs
What does a Service cover?
It depends on the vehicle getting serviced. For petrol, diesels and hybrid it includes draining and replacing the oil and filter, which helps in the running of your car’s engine.
For electric vehicles, it consists of a full inspection of the battery and charging cables, as well as replacing your pollen filter and topping up your brake fluid.
We’ll also carry out software updates as required, and wash and vacuum your vehicle before returning it to you (available at participating Retailers only).
During inspection, we will inform you of any wear and tear items that need addressing, but these will not be included in the price of your Service Plan.
What happens if I want to sell my car and haven’t used the services?
Our Service Plans are non-refundable; however the plan stays with the car and can be transferred to a new owner. If you are planning on selling the vehicle and would like to transfer the plan to the new owner please email us at AudiFinanceCustomerServices@vwfs.co.uk with the new owner’s name and address. Alternatively, the new owner can send us a copy of the full V5 for us to complete the transfer.
What happens if I don’t use my services?
Our Service Plans are non-refundable; however the plan stays with the car and the services can be utilised at any point. The plan will close once all the services have been claimed. The plan can also be transferred to a new owner. If you decide to sell the vehicle and would like to transfer the plan to the new owner, simply email us on AudiFinanceCustomerServices@vwfs.co.uk with the new owner’s name and address. Alternatively, the new owner can send us a copy of the full V5 for us to complete the transfer.
Can I buy a Service Plan for my friends or family?
No, the Service Plan must be registered for and paid by the same person.
Is my Service Plan refundable?
No. All our Service Plans are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your Service Plan within 14 days of purchasing the plan as long as no work has been carried out.

If you choose to cancel by email or by letter, you can do this by completing the cancellation form.
You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. If you send us your cancellation notice by email or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the email or posted the letter to us.
I live outside UK mainland and Northern Ireland, can I buy a Service Plan
Yes, you can purchase a Service Plan if you live outside UK mainland however, before purchasing a Service Plan we recommend locating your nearest Audi centre. We do not offer Service Plans in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
If you are a resident of the Channel Islands or Isle of Man Service Plans are not available to purchase online, however If you require a vehicle service please speak to your local authorised repairer for more information.
I have a used car; can I still buy a Service Plan?
Yes. There are Service Plans available, specifically for used vehicles. However, what’s included is slightly different from new car plans.

Yes. There are e-tron Service Plans available for cars 0-15 years old at time of purchase.

What about my MOT?
For all your essential motoring needs, we offer All-In from Audi*. This comprehensive plan covers your next 2 services, 2 MOTS, with up to 2 years’ Warranty and 2 years’ Roadside Assistance. All-in is available for cars aged between 3 and 6 years old.

Can I transfer a plan if I sell my car?
Yes. Your Service Plan can be easily transferred to a new owner. To do this, you can email us at CustomerServices@vwfs.co.uk with the new owner’s name and address. Alternatively, the new owner can send us a copy of the full V5 for us to complete the transfer.
How can I cancel the plan?
You can cancel your Service Plan within 14 days of purchasing the plan as long as no work has been carried out.

What happens after I have purchased?
Once you have made payment for your Service Plan, we will send you a confirmation by email. This will include your agreement number, and details of the plan you have purchased. You can then book in for a service when it is due, advising the Centre that you have a Service Plan, from which they can take payment from us, when it gets to that stage.
Are Service Plans worth it?
You can save money in the long run because prices are fixed no matter where you live, and at today’s rates, which means you are protected from inflation. Our Service Plans also make servicing more predictable and affordable because you can spread the payments and we will only ever use genuine parts fitted by Audi trained technicians.
Are new car Service Plans worth it?
Buying a Service Plan for a new Audi is a reassuring way of making sure your Audi is maintained by our network of Approved Centres. This provides peace of mind that all the required servicing elements are completed by experts using the necessary specialist equipment, and using only genuine Audi parts. Also Audi Service Plans are fixed at today’s rates so protect you from inflation too.
Is it worth buying a Service Plan for an Electric Vehicle?
Yes, you can save money in the long run because prices are fixed no matter where you live, and at today’s rates which means you are protected from inflation. Audi Service Plans also make servicing more predictable and affordable because you can spread the payments. Electric cars still need a service, a Service Plan means you can plan ahead and save some money, and ensure that you’re servicing will be carried out by the Audi trained technicians with the required specialist equipment.

^Pay monthly option for vehicles under 200,000 miles, number of payments varies depending on plan purchased. Excludes S and RS (4.0L and above), SQ7, S8, SQ8, RS6, RS7, RSQ8, R8 and 6.0L/W12 models. Servicing must be carried out in line with the requirements of the service schedule and all work must be carried out at an Audi Authorised Repairer. Additional work, including wear and tear is excluded. Service Plan validity is dependent on required payments received.
*Valid for vehicles aged 3 to 6 years, with a 2.0L engine or less and under 100,000 miles at activation. Terms, eligibility criteria and exclusions apply. Valid MOT required. Excludes electric vehicles and vehicles with an existing service plan. Vehicles that have been out of a warranty (that has been provided by Audi UK or Audi Financial Services) for more than 30 days will have a no-claim period of 30 days at the start of their policy. The All-in Warranty does not cover any vehicle already covered under any other guarantee, insurance, warranty and/or gesture of goodwill.
