One of the easiest ways to maintain your Bentley long into the future is with a Bentley Service Plan. We have a range of Service Plans available for your pre-owned Bentley to ensure it stays in the optimum condition you’d expect.
Find your Bentley
Enter your registration number and mileage, and we’ll show you the Service Plan’s that are suited to your vehicle.
Select your plan
Select a Service Plan and choose whether you want to pay upfront or spread the cost.
Enter your personal details to register. The policy holder should be the registered keeper of the car.
Pay upfront by debit or credit card. Or enter your Direct Debit details if you selected a monthly payment plan.
Once purchased, you will receive confirmation via email. Please allow 24 hours before booking your car in for a service.
What does my Service include?
A service for a petrol, diesel or hybrid engine will include draining and replacing the oil and filter. We’ll also carry out software updates if needed, and a wash and vacuum at participating Retailers.
For a hybrid vehicle we will inspect the battery and charging cables to ensure they are in good working order. As well as replacing your pollen filter and topping up your brake fluid.
During inspection if we find that something needs to be replaced, this is highlighted to you, but is not included.
Bentley will keep digital records of all services carried out, for peace of mind too.
What is the difference between a new car Service Plan and pre-owned Service Plan?
New and Pre-owned Bentleys have a slightly different set of service requirements based around age and mileage. So we have simplified our offer by creating one fixed cost plan for new cars and one for pre-owned.
As part of our aftercare experience all new Bentleys leave the factory with a comprehensive Service Plan for added peace of mind which covers your first three services. The price is included in the vehicle OTRP.

What happens if I want to sell my car?
Our Service Plans are non-refundable; however, the plan can easily be transferred to a new owner. To do this, you can email us at CustomerServices@vwfs.co.uk with the new owner’s name and address. Alternatively, the new owner can send us a copy of the full V5 for us to complete the transfer.
Can I buy a Service Plan as a gift?
Unfortunately not. The Service Plan must be registered for and paid by the same person.
Can I cancel my Service Plan?
You can cancel your Service Plan within 14 days of purchasing the plan as long as no work has been carried out.

What if I don’t use my services?
Our Service Plans are non-refundable; however the plan stays with the car and the services can be utilised at any point. The plan will close once all the services have been claimed. The plan can also be transferred to a new owner.
