What is a Service Plan?
A Service Plan from Audi is a payment plan that combines the cost of a certain number of scheduled services into one lump sum, providing you with the chance to pay monthly or upfront, avoiding larger payments when services are due. We even have a plan to help you spread the cost of your MOT, Warranty and Roadside Assistance. We have a range of Service Plans available, for new and used cars, whether they are petrol or diesel, electric or hybrid.
What's Included?
This varies depending on the plan you buy, the model you have and what engine type. However, our Audi experts will inspect your car and all its important components, highlighting anything that needs taking care of. We will then drain the oil and replace filters.
For electric vehicles, we will inspect charging cables and battery health. We’ll also carry out software updates as required, and wash and vacuum your vehicle before returning it to you (available at participating centres only). During inspection, we will inform you of any wear and tear items that need addressing, but these will not be included in the price of your Service Plan.
What’s covered in a Service Plan depends on the age, model and type of plan purchased.

We also offer All-in2 - more than just a Service Plan. It's suitable for vehicles with an engine size 2.0 litres or less, aged between 3 and 6 years old, and that have done less than 100,000 miles at time of purchase.

Terms and Conditions
1Pay monthly option for vehicles under 200,000 miles, number of payments varies depending on plan purchased. Excludes all engines 4.0L and above. Servicing must be carried out in line with the requirements of the service schedule and all work must be carried out at an Audi Authorised Repairer. Additional work, including wear and tear is excluded. Service Plan validity is dependent on required payments received.
‡Warranty worth value is based on equivalent cover for a vehicle that has less than 60,000 miles, £0 excess, unlimited mileage and less than 70kW output with no break in cover. Based on February 2026 pricing.
2Excludes electric vehicles and vehicles with an existing Service Plan. Vehicles that have been out of a warranty (that has been provided by Audi UK or Audi Financial Services) for more than 30 days will have a no-claim period of 30 days at the start of their All-in Plan. Volkswagen Group provides the All-in Warranty free of charge following purchase of an All-in Plan. The All-in Warranty does not cover any vehicle already covered under any other guarantee, insurance, warranty and/or gesture of goodwill. All-in Plan validity is dependent on required payments received.
