What is a Service Plan?

A Service Plan from Audi is a payment plan that combines the cost of a certain number of scheduled services into one lump sum, providing you with the chance to pay monthly or upfront, avoiding larger payments when services are due. We even have a plan to help you spread the cost of your MOT, Warranty and Roadside Assistance. We have a range of Service Plans available, for new and used cars, whether they are petrol or diesel, electric or hybrid.

What's Included?

This varies depending on the plan you buy, the model you have and what engine type. However, our Audi experts will inspect your car and all its important components, highlighting anything that needs taking care of. We will then drain the oil and replace filters.

For electric vehicles, we will inspect charging cables and battery health. We’ll also carry out software updates as required, and wash and vacuum your vehicle before returning it to you (available at participating centres only). During inspection, we will inform you of any wear and tear items that need addressing, but these will not be included in the price of your Service Plan.

What’s covered in a Service Plan depends on the age, model and type of plan purchased.

We also offer All-in² - more than just a Service Plan. It's suitable for vehicles with an engine size 2.0 litres or less, aged between 3 and 6 years old, and that have done less than 100,000 miles at time of purchase.

You can cancel your Service Plan within 14 days of purchasing the plan, providing no work has been carried out.

Our Service Plans are non-refundable; the plan stays with the car and can be transferred to a new owner.

If you are planning on selling the car and would like to transfer the plan to the new owner please email us at AudiFinanceCustomerServices@vwfs.co.uk with the new owner’s name and address. Alternatively, the new owner can send us a copy of the full V5 for us to complete the transfer.

Your Service Plan typically ends when you’ve used all the services included. However, each plan also has a set expiry date.

This expiry date is usually long enough to allow you to use all the services - whether your vehicle follows a flexible or fixed service schedule. To make the most of your plan, services should be used in the order they’re listed and before the expiry date.

It depends on the vehicle getting serviced. For petrol, diesels and hybrid it includes draining and replacing the oil and filter, which helps in the running of your car’s engine.

For electric vehicles, it consists of a full inspection of the battery and charging cables, as well as replacing your pollen filter and topping up your brake fluid.

We’ll also carry out software updates as required, and wash and vacuum your vehicle before returning it to you (available at participating Retailers only).

During inspection, we will inform you of any wear and tear items that need addressing, but these will not be included in the price of your Service Plan.

No. All our service plans are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your Service Plan within 14 days of purchasing the plan as long as no work has been carried out.

If you choose to cancel by email or by letter, you can do this by completing the cancellation form.

You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. If you send us your cancellation notice by email or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the email or posted the letter to us.

Yes, you can purchase a Service Plan if you live outside UK mainland however, before purchasing a Service Plan we recommend locating your nearest Audi centre. We do not offer Service Plans in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

If you are a resident of the Channel Islands or Isle of Man Service Plans are not available to purchase online, however, if you require a vehicle service, please speak to your local authorised repairer for more information.

Once you have made payment for your Service Plan, we will send you a confirmation by email. This will include your agreement number, and details of the plan you have purchased. You can then book in for a service when it is due, advising your nearest centre that you have a Service Plan, for which they can take payment from us, when it gets to that stage.

A service for a petrol, diesel or hybrid engine will include draining and replacing the oil and filter. We’ll also carry out software updates if needed, and a wash and vacuum at participating Retailers.

For an electric vehicle we will inspect the battery and charging cables to ensure they are in good working order. As well as replacing your pollen filter and topping up your brake fluid.

During inspection if we find that something needs to be replaced, this is highlighted to you, but is not included.

Volkswagen will keep digital records of all services carried out, for peace of mind too.

Terms and Conditions

¹Pay monthly option for vehicles under 200,000 miles, number of payments varies depending on plan purchased. Excludes all engines 4.0L and above. Servicing must be carried out in line with the requirements of the service schedule and all work must be carried out at an Audi Authorised Repairer. Additional work, including wear and tear is excluded. Service Plan validity is dependent on required payments received.

^‡Warranty worth value is based on equivalent cover for a vehicle that has less than 60,000 miles, £0 excess, unlimited mileage and less than 70kW output with no break in cover. Based on February 2026 pricing.

²Excludes electric vehicles and vehicles with an existing Service Plan. Vehicles that have been out of a warranty (that has been provided by Audi UK or Audi Financial Services) for more than 30 days will have a no-claim period of 30 days at the start of their All-in Plan. Volkswagen Group provides the All-in Warranty free of charge following purchase of an All-in Plan. The All-in Warranty does not cover any vehicle already covered under any other guarantee, insurance, warranty and/or gesture of goodwill. All-in Plan validity is dependent on required payments received.
