A payment plan that combines the cost of a certain number of scheduled services into one lump sum. CUPRA Care plans provide you with the chance to pay monthly or upfront, budget easily and ensures your car is always operating at peak performance because we only use CUPRA Genuine Parts, fitted by our trained CUPRA Specialists.

What's Included?
This varies depending on the plan you buy, the model you have and what engine type. However, during a service our CUPRA experts will always inspect your car and all its important components, highlighting anything that needs attention. We will then drain the oil and replace filters. For electric vehicles, we will inspect charging cables and battery health. We’ll also check if software updates are required, wash and vacuum your vehicle before returning it to you (available at participating retailers only). During inspection, we will inform you of any wear and tear items that need addressing, but these are not included in the price of your Service Plan (unless otherwise stated).
What's covered in a CUPRA Care Plan depends on the age, model and type of plan purchased.

Enter your registration number and mileage, and we’ll find the Service Plan to suit your vehicle.

Enter your personal details to register. The policy holder should be the registered keeper of the vehicle.

Pay upfront by debit or credit card. Or enter your Direct Debit details if you selected a monthly payment plan.

FAQs
Can I spread the cost of the plan?
Yes - if your vehicle is under 200,000 miles, you can now spread the cost of a Service Plan over 12 months for a Buy 2 plan, or 18 months for a Buy 4 plan
Can I transfer a plan if I sell my car?
Our Service Plans are non-refundable; however the plan stays with the car and can be transferred to a new owner. If you are planning on selling the vehicle and would like to transfer the plan to the new owner please email us at SeatFinanceCustomerServices@vwfs.co.uk with the new owner’s name and address. Alternatively, the new owner can send us a copy of the full V5 for us to complete the transfer.
What happens if I don’t use my services?
Our Service Plans are non-refundable; however the plan stays with the vehicle and the services can be utilised at any point. The plan will close once all the services have been claimed.
The plan can also be transferred to a new owner. If you decide to sell the vehicle and would like to transfer the plan to the new owner, simply email us on Seatfinancecustomerservices@vwfs.co.uk with the new owner’s name and address. Alternatively, the new owner can send us a copy of the full V5 for us to complete the transfer.
Can I buy a Service Plan for my friends or family?
No, the Service Plan must be registered for an paid by the same person.
I live outside UK mainland and Northern Ireland, can I buy a Service Plan?
Yes, you can purchase a Service Plan if you live outside UK mainland however, before purchasing a Service Plan we recommend locating your nearest CUPRA Retailer. We do not offer Service Plans in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
If you are a resident of the Channel Islands or Isle of Man Service Plans are not available to purchase online, however If you require a vehicle service please speak to your local authorised repairer for more information.
Can I cancel my Service Plan?
Sure, as long as it’s within 14 days of purchasing the plan and no service work has been completed on the vehicle.
If you decide to cancel, please contact our cancellations team by email at: SPcancellation@vwfs.co.uk.
If you choose to cancel by email or by letter, you can do this by completing the cancellation form.
You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. If you send us your cancellation notice by email or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the email or posted the letter.
Does my Service Plan expire?
Your plan will expire once you have claimed all of your services.

You can save money in the long run because prices are fixed no matter where you live, and at today’s rates, which means you are protected from inflation. Our Service Plans also make servicing more predictable and affordable because you can spread the payments and we will only ever use genuine parts fitted by CUPRA trained technicians.
Are new vehicle Service Plans worth it?
Buying a Service Plan for a new CUPRA is a reassuring way of making sure your CUPRA is maintained by our network of Approved Centres. This provides peace of mind that all the required servicing elements are completed by experts using the necessary specialist equipment, and using only genuine CUPRA parts. Also CUPRA Care Plans are fixed at today’s rates so protect you from inflation too.
Is it worth buying a Service Plan for an Electric Vehicle?
Yes, you can save money in the long run because prices are fixed no matter where you live, and at today’s rates which means you are protected from inflation. CUPRA Care Plans also make servicing more predictable and affordable because you can spread the payments. Electric cars still need a service, a Service Plan means you can plan ahead and save some money, and ensure that you’re servicing will be carried out by the CUPRA trained technicians with the required specialist equipment.
I have a used car; can I still buy a Service Plan?
Yes. There are Care Plans available, specifically for used vehicles. However, what’s included is slightly different from new car plans.
