What is a Service Plan?
A Service Plan from Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is a payment plan that combines the cost of a certain number of scheduled services into one lump sum, providing you with the chance to pay monthly or upfront, avoiding larger payments when services are due.
We offer a range of Volkswagen Service Plans for all types of commercial vehicles whether your vehicle is brand new or pre-owned, petrol, diesel, hybrid or electric, ensuring that they are running safely and efficiently on the roads, all year round.
What's Included?
What’s included and the cost of your Service Plan will depend on your Volkswagen’s age, mileage and engine type. You can even choose a plan that also covers your MOT, Warranty and Roadside Assistance.
Each time you have your vehicle serviced, we will carry out a full inspection of all its key components, to highlight any areas of wear and tear. We will then drain the oil and replace filters. For electric vehicles, we will inspect charging cables and battery health.

What is the difference between a New Vehicle Service Plan and Used Vehicle Service Plan?
A new vehicle needs a slightly different set of service requirements (set by the in the schedule) to what is needed for older vehicles. So that we can create a fixed cost for each plan, that takes these differences into consideration, we have split New and Used vehicle plans apart from each other, to make pricing reflective of those varying requirements. All the fine detail varies by age, mileage, model, engine size and type. We have tried to simplify our offer by creating one plan for new and one for used.
