BENTLEY SERVICE PLANS

You can change your direct debit payment date by calling our Customer Services team on 0370 900 3100. You can change your payment date once a year and up to maximum of 21 days from the original start date of the direct debit.

You can cancel your Service Plan within 14 days of purchasing the plan, providing no work has been carried out.

Our Service Plans are non-refundable; the plan stays with the car and can be transferred to a new owner.

If you are planning on selling the car and would like to transfer the plan to the new owner please email us at customerservices@bentleyfinancialservices.co.uk with the new owner’s name and address. Alternatively, the new owner can send us a copy of the full V5 for us to complete the transfer.

Your plan will expire once you have claimed all of your services.

The Service Plan will be activated 48 hours after purchasing online. You can contact your Bentley Retailer or book online to arrange for your Bentley to be serviced.

If the Service Plan you have purchased includes an MOT, please allow 24 hours before booking in with your Bentley Dealer. This will give us time for your plan to be fully activated in all systems.

A service for a petrol, diesel or hybrid engine will include draining and replacing the oil and filter. We’ll also carry out software updates if needed, and a wash and vacuum at participating Retailers.

For a hybrid vehicle we will inspect the battery and charging cables to ensure they are in good working order. As well as replacing your pollen filter and topping up your brake fluid.

During inspection if we find that something needs to be replaced, this is highlighted to you, but is not included.

Bentley will keep digital records of all services carried out, for peace of mind too. 

New and Pre-owned Bentleys have a slightly different set of service requirements based around age and mileage. So we have simplified our offer by creating one fixed cost plan for new cars and one for pre-owned.

As part of our aftercare experience all new Bentleys leave the factory with a comprehensive Service Plan for added peace of mind which covers your first three services. The price is included in the vehicle OTRP.
