Service plan manual load request
A manual load should be requested when a customers service plan has not been set up at point of sale and the offer if no longer available. Not all requests will be honoured so it is important that the below criteria is met.
Criteria when a Service Plan is offered with Finance offer
- The request must be within 1 year of the activation of the finance
- The product that is being requested was valid at point of sale
Criteria when a Service Plan is offered without a Finance offer
- A proposal on connect online must be set up with all customer and vehicle details so the New Business team have a proposal to work from
- The request must be within 1 year of the sale of the vehicle
- A copy of the invoice from point of sale must be attached with this request
- The plan being requested was valid at point of sale
If your request does not meet all of the above, a manual load request will not be valid and won't be honoured.
