Transfer a Service Plan to a New Vehicle Owner

Service Plan Ownership Transfer Form

Use this form to request the transfer of an existing Service Plan when ownership of the vehicle changes. Service Plans remain with the vehicle and can be transferred to the new owner, allowing any remaining services on the plan to continue to be used until all services have been claimed.

To process your request, please upload all required documents, including Page 1 (front page) and Page 2 of your V5C registration certificate, and the front of your driving license. Incomplete submissions or missing pages may delay your request or prevent it from being processed.
