1. Search for a vehicle

   We have a variety of vehicles, all are in stock and available now.

2. Call to complete the agreement

   We will complete your credit agreement and secure your chosen vehicle. This can be done in less than 10 minutes.

3. Collect from a retailer of your choice

   Providing you have proof of identity.

Once you have paid all outstanding rentals, you simply hand your vehicle back, subject to fair wear and tear and excess mileage charges.

We can complete the credit agreement over the phone. Please ensure that you have all relevant personal and business details to hand to ensure we can deal with your call efficiently:

• Full name and address details for last 3 years
• Place of work, and position held for last 3 years
• Residential and marital status
• If a business, VAT registration number and incorporation date

You will then need to bring proof of identity when you collect the vehicle. Don’t worry, we will remind you of what is required when we schedule your collection.

Ownership of the vehicle will always remain with VWFS (UK) so it is really important to keep up to date with monthly payments

Contract hire agreements are not designed to be settled early. Early Termination quotes to cover the remaining period of the rental can be requested but can be quite expensive

If you exceed the agreed mileage set out in your agreement, excess mileage charges will apply

It's important to keep your vehicle in good condition as you might be charged for any damage beyond fair wear and tear
