On the 25 October 2024, the Court of Appeal further defined the information we need to share with our customers on commission arrangements.
We currently inform all our customers that we pay the dealership a commission for introducing them to us. The ruling means we will now provide customers with more information. We will now tell customers the amount of the commission that we will be paying, and how it’s calculated. This information will be shared with customers before they take out their agreement so they can make an informed decision.
We are aware this Court of Appeal decision may be appealed, and we will await any further updates on this.
