How do I access a Volkswagen Bank Account?
From the Volkswagen Bank home screen select Business Banking Online (Funding Manager).
Do I need a PIN and password?
Please note that all users require a unique PIN/password and should not use one allocated to another person. These will be allocated by completion of a Volkswagen Bank User Access form.
On first log in, users are prompted to change their password. This must be between 8 and 10 characters and must include at least one number.
If additional users are required, a separate User Access form must be completed and signed by an authorised person. This should then be returned to Banking Services Operations Team who will arrange for a new PIN/password to be sent. The form can be submitted from the Volkswagen Bank website.
What do I do if I have a problem with access?
Please note that, for security reasons, we are unable to replace lost or forgotten passwords by telephone.
Any requests to reset a password must be made by selecting forms on the Volkswagen Bank homepage. This downloads a password reset form, and must be sent via Outlook, generated from the authorised user’s PC in order for Volkswagen Bank to carry out this request.
Lost or forgotten passwords will be regenerated and sent by post to the user.

Who has access to Volkswagen Bank?
The Volkswagen Bank website itself will be familiar to anyone who uses Business Banking online, but it is important that only the appropriate people have access.
You should think of Volkswagen Bank in the same way as a normal high street bank account, with careful consideration given to who has access to the account on your behalf.
Please note: Volkswagen Bank staff do not have access to your account.
What level of access is there?
Granted access will be either view only or authorised drawer, with a minimum of one authorised drawer required per business.
What if my account functions are controlled centrally?
As Volkswagen Bank is web-based, users can be set up to access as many accounts as they are entitled to. Simply let us know who needs access to the accounts required.
What do I do if I have problems navigating the website?
All screens within Business Banking Online have inbuilt help functionality. Simply press the F1 key for a full screen help description.
How does my high street bank receive my money after Netting has occurred?
The Volkswagen Bank Netting account accumulates monetary transactions through the day, resulting in either us owing you a credit, or you owing us a debit.
- If you are due a credit, this will be paid instantly by CHAPS.
- If a debit is due, this will be collected by 3 day BACS.
