After I purchase my All-in Plan, how long do I need to wait to book my next service?
Once you have bought your All-in service plan we will send you a confirmation email and you can book straight away.
What happens if I don’t use all the benefits in my All-in Plan?
Our All-in Plan is non-refundable; however the plan stays with the car and the services can be utilised at any point. The plan will close once all the services have been claimed. The plan can also be transferred to a new owner. If you decide to sell the vehicle and would like to transfer the plan to the new owner, simply email us on CustomerServices@vwfs.co.uk with the new owner’s name and address. Alternatively, the new owner can send us a copy of the full V5 for us to complete the transfer.

I live outside UK mainland and Northern Ireland, can I buy Volkswagen All-in?
Yes, you can purchase a Service Plan if you live outside UK mainland however, before purchasing a Service Plan we recommend locating your nearest Volkswagen retailer. We do not offer Service Plans in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
If you are a resident of the Channel Islands or Isle of Man Service Plans are not available to purchase online, however If you require a vehicle service please speak to your local authorised repairer for more information.
Is All-in available for fully electric models?
All-in is not available for fully electric vehicles. To find a Service Plan for your fully electric vehicle, click here.
What happens after I have purchased a Volkswagen All-in?
Once you have successfully completed your payment, we will send you a confirmation by email. This will include your agreement number, and details of the plan you have purchased.
Is my MOT included?
Yes, two MOTs are included with an All-in Plan. To see what's included in more detail, click here.
Terms and Conditions
†Warranty worth value is based on equivalent cover for a vehicle that has less than 60,000 miles, £0 excess, unlimited mileage and less than 70kW output with no break in cover. Based on February 2026 pricing.
^Volkswagen Group provides the All-in Warranty free of charge following purchase of an All-in Plan. The All-in Warranty does not cover any vehicle already covered under any other guarantee, insurance, warranty and/or gesture of goodwill. All-in Plan validity is dependent on required payments received.
*Pay monthly option for vehicles under 200,000 miles. Servicing must be carried out in line with the requirements of the service schedule at a Volkswagen UK Authorised Repairer. Additional work, including wear and tear, is excluded. Service Plan validity is dependent on required payments received. Plus Plan is not available for Volkswagen Touareg. Two free MOTs are funded by Volkswagen UK and the supplying retailer.
