Service Plans for fully electric vehicles
Regular servicing is essential, even for fully electric cars. While they have fewer moving parts, components like the battery, charging cables, brakes, and software systems still require routine checks to ensure optimal performance. Our Service Plans offer flexibility and various levels of cover depending on your model. You can spread the cost and plan for the service items that suit you and your budget.

Benefits of our Service Plans
Key features in detail
Not sure what some of the features and benefits in your Service Plan are? Here's a bit of extra information to help you.
Brake fluid change
Your vehicle’s braking system deserves expert care. A routine brake fluid change helps protect components, improve performance, and maintain safety. We will change the brake fluid at the recommended time in your service schedule.
Tyre replacement
Electric vehicles can be more demanding on the tyres due to faster accelleration, so the Plus Plan offers two tyre replacements, on a like-for-like basis (same brand and type, subject to availability). Replacements can be arranged at an Authorised Repairer during workshop hours.
Battery State of Health Check
A 30 minute assessment of your battery’s capacity compared to when it was new - much like monitoring a smartphone’s battery over time. You’ll receive a certificate confirming your battery is performing above 70%. If it’s below, we’ll carry out a detailed diagnostic at no extra cost. And with Volkswagen's 8-year/100,000-mile battery warranty, you’re covered for any necessary repairs or replacements if capacity drops below 70%.
Pollen filter replacement
Your Pollen filter traps dust, pollen, pollution, and debris. Over time it clogs, reducing airflow and making your heating / AC work harder. We cover the replacement as part of the bigger service if its needed.
