Is your vehicle eligible?

Your Volkswagen must:

Be aged between 36 and 72 months old on the date the plan is activated
Have an engine size of 2.0L or less
Have done under 100,000 miles at activation

All-in is not suitable for:

Fully electric vehicles
Public hire / private hire vehicles
Any vehicles with a Service Plan and or Warranty already in place

Servicing in line with the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule:

Your next 2 services:

Drain and replace the engine oil, filter, sump plug and washer
Fluid level, tyre condition, brake condition and component checks detailed as a requirement within the service schedule
Check for vehicle safety and software updates
Vehicle road test (when required)
Spark Plugs replacement for petrol models (if required)
Engine air, pollen and diesel fuel filter replacements (when required)

Hybrid vehicles also include:

Visual checks to the battery carried out by high voltage trained technicians

Please note that any parts identified as requiring replacement are not covered as part of the services.

Up to two years' Warranty (free of charge)

When you go All-in, you'll receive a free Warranty worth £676^†.

The warranty has been designed to cover the costs of repairing or replacing the covered components that have suffered a sudden electrical or mechanical failure during the period of cover (excludes no-claim period). Further details are available in the terms and conditions.

Vehicles that have been out of a warranty (that has been provided by Volkswagen UK or Volkswagen Financial Services) for more than 30 days will have a no-claim period of 30 days at the start of their All-in Plan.

Any cancellations or overdue payments on your All-in Plan will stop your Warranty cover and you will not be able to claim.

Two MOT Tests

Vehicles 3 years and older are required by law to have an MOT test carried out every year. This is to ensure that the vehicle meets the minimum road safety standards (please note that in Northern Ireland this product comes with 2 MOT pre-checks and MOTs). Any repair work required as a result of an MOT failure is excluded.

Plus Plan

The Plus Plan* covers everything in the Standard Plan, plus extra items that older cars may need.

FAQs

Our All-in Plan is non-refundable; however the plan stays with the car and the services can be utilised at any point. The plan will close once all the services have been claimed. The plan can also be transferred to a new owner. If you decide to sell the vehicle and would like to transfer the plan to the new owner, simply email us on CustomerServices@vwfs.co.uk with the new owner’s name and address. Alternatively, the new owner can send us a copy of the full V5 for us to complete the transfer.

Yes, you can purchase a Service Plan if you live outside UK mainland however, before purchasing a Service Plan we recommend locating your nearest Volkswagen retailer. We do not offer Service Plans in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

If you are a resident of the Channel Islands or Isle of Man Service Plans are not available to purchase online, however If you require a vehicle service please speak to your local authorised repairer for more information.

*Pay monthly option for vehicles under 200,000 miles. Servicing must be carried out in line with the requirements of the service schedule at a Volkswagen UK Authorised Repairer. Additional work, including wear and tear, is excluded. Service Plan validity is dependent on required payments received. Plus Plan is not available for Volkswagen Touareg. Two free MOTs are funded by Volkswagen UK and the supplying retailer.
