Manage your account online

If you’re a personal customer, your online account gives you access to your finance agreement – all in one place.

Access it through My Volkswagen Finance. Register and log in to:

  • View your agreement
  • View your documents
  • Change your registration number, name or contact details
  • View your end-of-contract options

Can't log in online?

Most customers can manage their agreement online. However, online access isn’t available if your agreement is held as a sole trader, partnership, limited company or PLC, or if you paid for a service plan in full.

You can still manage your account — the links below show other ways you can do this.

Send an email enquiry

If you need support, complete one of our email enquiry forms and our Customer Services team will get back to you. The forms can be used to:

  • Update your payment options
  • Amend your contract
  • Request invoices or accounts
  • Get a quote and apply for refinance
  • Apply for a VE103 if you're travelling abroad
  • Request to end your agreement

There's separate forms for personal customers and business customers. Please choose the option for you.

Volkswagen Car Insurance is arranged, underwritten and administered by Liverpool Victoria Insurance Company Limited. 

Extended Warranty

Is your Volkswagen warranty coming to an end? We've got you covered. With an Extended Warranty you can renew your peace of mind.

Volkswagen Extended Warranty is sold and administered by Lawshield UK Limited and underwritten by AWP P&C SA.

Service Plans

Available for new and older cars including petrol, diesel, electric and hybrid models, a selection of quality service and benefits packages are now available online.
