Update on delivery times
Delivery times for some of our model lines are longer than we would like, due to ongoing global shortages of vital components.
Please be assured we are working hard to find solutions to supply chain issues and provide accurate information to your local retailer, who will always be best placed to keep you up to date with specific production and delivery timings.
If the delay causes any issues please do not hesitate to contact your local Retailer. They can discuss mobility solutions, or help you look after your current car while you wait and assist you with finance solutions if appropriate. Why has my vehicle order been delayed?
There is currently an industry-wide supply shortage of semiconductor chips causing a delay in new vehicle manufacturing and delivery. If your new vehicle is delayed, please continue to talk with the retailer that you ordered with, as they are best placed to keep you up to date.
My current contract is due to end before my next vehicle is due to be delivered - what should I do?
If you are coming to the end of your agreement and your next vehicle is not ready due to the semiconductor supply shortage, please contact your local retailer who can talk you through the options available to you. Click on the relevant logo below to find your nearest retailer.
Will the finance offer that was available when I ordered my vehicle still be honoured despite the delivery delay?
In most instances we will be honouring the finance offer available at the time of ordering. For specific details please speak with the retailer that you ordered your vehicle through.
Can I extend my current finance contract until my new vehicle is available?
We do have options to support you and allow you to keep driving your existing vehicle until your new one is available. Please speak with your local retailer who can talk you through the options. Click on the relevant logo below to find your nearest retailer.
