It's good to stay in touch.
So if you happen to move house, change your contact details or your name, please let us know.
Providing us with your updated information will maintain the validity of your contract. It will also enable us to contact you towards the end of your agreement to discuss your options and, most importantly, to provide you with an efficient service throughout.
Private individuals can log in and update contact details instantly in our customers area. Simply select the brand of your vehicle below:
Alternatively you can use our online form.
If you have a Hire Purchase, Lease Purchase or Solutions (PCP) finance agreement with us, no action is required. Your agreement states you can take the vehicle abroad (European destinations only) for a maximum of 90 days. However, please ensure that you have adequate insurance cover.
If you have a Contract Hire finance agreement with us and wish to take the vehicle abroad, you will need to obtain a VE103 Foreign Travel Authority certificate from us. Requesting one is easy, just contact us by email, phone or post from our contact us section.
You still need to ensure that you have adequate insurance cover, and you will be sent your VE103 Foreign Travel Authority certificate within 14 days of your request, but please note this is valid for one year only and allows travel for up to 90 days in Europe.
Switching bank accounts? Fancy a personalised number plate? That’s fine. All you need to do is let us know of any changes to maintain the validity of your contract, and help us to provide you with an efficient service.
We also know that everyone’s circumstances change from time to time, so we may be able to make other adjustments to your agreement, like altering the date of your monthly direct debit, or to request a mileage increase.
Changing Your Direct Debit Details
We appreciate the difficulty in keeping everyone updated when you change your bank details. At Volkswagen Financial Services we are doing our best to ensure this process is as simple as possible, so all you have to do is complete a quick direct debit mandate form and post to us.
Please note, for security reasons we need a separate form completed for each agreement you hold with Volkswagen Financial Services (for example, if you have a Solutions (PCP) agreement and a Fixed Cost Maintenance plan, we will need two separate forms).
We can only accept these notifications by post, as we need your signature on each form for our records.
Please advise us of your new bank details at least fourteen days before your next payment is due. If your payment is due within 14 days it may be necessary for you to make alternative arrangements for the next payment. Please contact us to discuss your options. If your payment is due in over 14 days time, you can still make this change by calling us, or by simply printing and completing the direct debit mandate found in the link below and sending to us by post.
The direct debit account must be held in the agreement holders name.
Please send your form(s) to: Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Ltd., Customer Services, Brunswick Court, Yeomans Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5LR.
Changing Your Payment Date
Depending on your agreement, you may be able to amend your monthly contract payment date 21 days forwards or backwards from the original payment date. However we need to be advised at least 14 days before your next payment is due.
You can only amend your payment date once per annum.
Use the contact us page to get in touch today!
Updating Your Mileage
Depending on your agreement, we would have agreed a mileage allowance with you before we delivered the vehicle. If you exceed this you will have to pay an excess mileage charge at the end of your agreement.
If you need to increase your mileage, depending on the type of product you have you can ask us for a new quote at anytime, as long as you have 6 months remaining on your agreement.
Get in touch today to find out more.
Changing Your Registration Number
Finally got the personalised number plate you always wanted? Great news!
Before you change the plate on your vehicle, we just need to update our records to make sure everything is in order. Contact us today to find out exactly what you need to do.
Depending on the type of finance agreement you have with us, you may be able to make a lump sum payment and either reduce your agreement term or on-going monthly payments.
To discuss the various options available, the effects a partial payment will have on your account, or to make a payment, please contact us.
We will keep you updated on the status on your agreement throughout. Depending on your agreement type you will recieve different update at different times, but you are always able to request updates whenever you like.
If you have a regulated Hire Purchase, Lease Purchase or Solutions finance agreement with Volkswagen Financial Services, you will receive an annual statement on the anniversary of your agreement start date. Your annual statement includes payments made to date up until the most recent anniversary of your agreement start date.
You can download a guide on understanding your annual statement, and remember they are account specific, so if you have more than one account with us you will recieve additional statements.
You can request your annual statement here.
Statement of Account
You can also request a Statement of Account, which details all payments made historically within two specific dates selected by you.
Depending on the agreement you have with us, you can request an Amortisation statement. An Amortisation Statement details all outstanding capital and interest due on your agreement from the date you request a copy until the end of your agreement.
If you have a Contract Hire or Finance Lease finance agreement with us you can request a copy of a previous VAT Schedule. The VAT Schedule details all payments due for up to 12 months. Some businesses use it to recover the VAT charged as each due date/tax point is reached.
