Contract Hire Extension

We understand that vehicle delays are frustrating and can cause uncertainty. We can help you stay on the road with an option to extend your current finance agreement with the same contractual terms and monthly payment. You will need to have at least 31 days remaining before your contract end date to allow sufficient time to make the changes to your agreement.

Personal / private customers can make this request by logging into their account via the below logos.

Business customers need to e-mail us with the details provided further down this page.

If your request is approved it will be applied to your agreement. We will contact you by e-mail within 3 working days to confirm if you’re application has been successful.

Extensions for Business Customers

To request an extension to your Contract Hire agreement as a Business Customer, please e-mail us at and include the following details (you can copy and paste the below):

  • Your name (as it appears on the agreement)
  • Your e-mail address
  • Telephone number
  • Company name
  • Post Code
  • Vehicle Registration number
  • Last 4 digits of the Bank Account Number (note this is different to your card number)
  • Length of your agreement (in months)
  • Monthly payment amount
  • Current vehicle mileage
  • Are you within your current total contracted mileage? (Yes/No)
  • Do you have another agreement on order with us
  • How many months would you like to extend your agreement by?
