Solutions Personal Contract Plans (PCP), Hire Purchase and Lease Purchase
If you have a Solutions PCP, Hire Purchase or a Lease Purchase finance agreement with us and are experiencing difficulties or struggling to make your payments please see the below options we have available to support you.
Keep your vehicle
Keep your vehicle; arrange a payment plan with us to keep you in your vehicle.
This payment plan will take into account how much you can afford to pay based on your circumstances, your income details and average monthly spending. We may need to know about other debts and financial commitments to help make sure any payment plan is affordable to you.
You can request a payment plan by:
• Requesting this online if you are behind with your payments
• Completing our financial difficulties web form

Selling your vehicle
We can assist you in settling your agreement and provide you the amount needed to end your agreement. You will need to settle your agreement in full if you choose this option.
You can request a settlement figure by:
- Visiting our customer portal
- Calling our financial support specialists on 0800 912 3558 – our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.
- Calling our automated service on (0370 010 2022) available at any time
Part exchange
Part exchange; you can part exchange your vehicle for another vehicle.
Your retailer may be able to help you in finding a more affordable option. This may mean a new finance agreement which would be subject to a credit check. Please contact your retailer for more information.
Voluntary termination
Voluntary termination; you can end your agreement at any time.
You will need to pay a percentage of the total amount payable. If you voluntary terminate before the amount needed has been paid you will be asked to pay the balance. If you have a balance to settle we can work with you to agree a payment plan.

Repossession
Repossession; you can also ask for us to proceed with repossession of the vehicle.
We can assist you with ending your agreement and arranging for your vehicle to be collected. Please understand that your credit file will show a default and this will remain on your file for up to 6 years and could impact your future applications to obtain credit.
