Free support and independent advice 

You may wish to consider getting free independent support. There are free independent third party debt advice services such as MoneyHelper (see their Money Navigator Tool), StepChange and PayPlan who can discuss your current situation in confidence and help you find ways to manage your debts

We’ve included details of some independent organisations who may be able to support you below.

If you decide to seek advice please let us know so that we can give you breathing space by pausing any further action whilst you work with these organisations. Your usual monthly payments will continue to fall due during any breathing space period that is applied to your agreement.
